Growing up in Westminster, Colorado, I was always fascinated by technology. My professional journey began in seemingly unrelated roles, each shaping my path toward becoming a skilled IT professional.

My first job as a Cook at Jim's Burger Haven taught me the importance of precision and timing. At AMF Bowling Alley, working as a Snack Bar Attendant and Bartender, I developed strong customer service skills and learned to multitask under pressure.

Transitioning to a Cashier at Fast & Friendly and later as a Sale Representative at CSLLC in Springfield, Missouri, I honed my organizational skills, managing databases, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries. These roles sparked my interest in technology and data management. My technical journey began at Mediacom Communications Corporation, where I worked as an Internet Technical Support - Tier II. I troubleshooted network, cable, and VOIP line issues, handled bulk accounts, and assisted customers with various device connections. This experience deepened my understanding of network systems and customer support.

As a DMV Clerk at Elle Management, I ensured compliance with state laws for motor vehicle registrations, reinforcing my attention to detail and regulatory skills.

At IONOS, INC, I initially worked as a MyWebsite Personalized Service Representative, supporting products like website builders and SEO tools. This role deepened my understanding of web technologies and customer service.

 

Today as a Fraud Prevention Specialist, I prevent malicious activities, conduct risk assessments, and enforce security policies, significantly improving the company's security infrastructure.

 

Pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science in IT and Networking, specializing in Cloud-Based Software Development, I complemented my education with certifications and courses focused on network security and software development. I designed and implemented secure network infrastructures, develop cloud-based applications, and take part in technical projects. I'm ready to embark on my next adventure as an Entry Level Software Developer. My diverse experiences and relentless pursuit of knowledge have equipped me with the skills and determination to excel in the ever-evolving world of technology.
